Confirm that your computer is not connected to any network by clicking on the icon shown on screenshot above.
Confirm whether or not your Wi-Fi is turned on (highlighted blue as shown above).
Confirm that you are attempting to connect the correct network. (Staff, Student, Smart, ArleeGuest).
Restart Computer and attempt to connect to your assigned network. (Staff, Student, Smart, ArleeGuest)
IF you get any more errors please submit a tech ticket and include the error message you are receiving. Submit Tech Ticket
